Salt River Project Midrise Office Bldg , 1521 N. Project Drive, Tempe Arizona. Maloney original contract value $808K, final $959K under HACI for General Contractor Mortenson Construction. Changes driven by owner request. Upon project completion we will enable and begin construction on a similar building nearby for a comparable contract amount.

Served as plumbing design consultant during the design phase and subcontractor for Ryan Company completely replacing plumbing, waste lines, and fixtures as part of a total renovation. . Cityscape is a landmark project in downtown Phoenix at One East Washington. WJ Maloney plumbed the 27 story 1.2 million square foot structure under subcontract with Hunt Construction Group for RED Development. The contracts for all 3 phases totaled was $6.1 million, finished total $9.6 million. Work started prior to completion of drawings and specs.
